In 2025, following a successful application phase, the first cohort of doctoral students began their work at the new International Max Planck Research School for Systems and Process Engineering for Sustainable Chemical Production (IMPRS SysProSus).
The Future of our Food
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Andreas Seidel-Morgenstern, Emeritus Scientific Member of the Max Planck Institute for Dynamics of Complex Technical Systems Magdeburg (MPI), has participated in the interdisciplinary working group "Nutrition, Health, Prevention" of the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities (BBAW), contributing his expertise on resource-efficient agrochemistry. The expert recommendations have now been published in two volumes titled "The Future of Our Food."
